Our Story
The SweetEasy Co. began as a simple conviction: that a coffee shop and cocktail bar in the heart of Central Oregon should feel like coming home — not because it's familiar, but because it's honest.
We source our beans from small roasters who treat coffee as craft, not commodity. Our cocktails are built with local spirits and seasonal ingredients that reflect the rhythms of the high desert. The menu changes with the weather, the harvest, and the mood of the room.
Located on Cascade Avenue, our doors open to anyone who values a space where the coffee is poured with intention and the conversation flows as easily as the drinks.
